Thec-fer was founded in July 1992. Soon we started our activities of serial manufacturing of micro and small machined parts in steel and brass, supplying the telecommunication and electronics industries.
Located in Gravataí, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, Thec-fer headquarters is a 750m2 modern building specially designed to meet the needs of our trade.
Currently, Thec-fer has also been successfully serving the Medical, Machinery, Oil and Gas and Automotive industry markets, among others. We serve the south and southeast regions offering solutions in the production of components and small mechanical parts, with a state-of-the-art manufacturing process, reaching a high degree of quality.
We have technical know-how for the manufacturing of parts in a broad range of materials like low and high carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, polymers, etc.
Manufacture of mechanical components, setup of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies of assorted materials and finishes.
We deliver the complete solution to our customers, from the manufacture of the components to the surface and thermal treatment of the pieces, the latter a service that can be delivered by some of our long-term partners in this field.

For better service and greater efficiency of our processes, all the components we manufactureare delivered to our clients by our own car fleet. And, apart from a few exceptions, all the material we buy is also picked-up by our fleet. That’s to guarantee the quality of the process from start to finish.
We rely on a complete structure of regular and CNC machines. Thec-fer also has several properly calibrated measuring instruments, guaranteeing the quality of the manufactured products. All this infrastructure guarantees the deadlines agreed with the customers during the negotiation of orders.
